Stress Tip- Yep, Clown Around

Anyone who appreciates art understands the importance of framing.

How you frame a situation is how you see it. Did you look at yesterday's post and think it was a Halloween gag? Or do you wonder what kind of creative place this must be to have a job.

According to the tenets of cognitive behavioral therapy, how we see the world shapes our emotions and behavior. By reframing or changing the way we think, we can change our emotional state.
