Wow.
Today, I was on the radio with legendary business leader, Frank Maguire. He was the marketing genius that built the brands of KFC and Fed Ex.
Frank's the guy that came up with 'Finger Lickin' Good!' for KFC. He was once of the founders of Fed Ex and came up with 'Absolutely, Positively Overnight'. It was his job to build corporate culture to great winning team.
What is his advice that you can use in build your own winning team?
Communicate. More with your heart. Less with your head.
Less is more.
Slow down when you speak. (Women in particular speak quickly and don’t wait for the other person to process the information)
LISTEN and SILENCE use the same letters.
