I was on radio show in Kansas City on Tuesday. It was great to hear from one of the listeners. He had just gotten off the phone with a car dealership where he was purchasing a new car. He couldn't understand a single word the receptionist said.
It turns out the receptionist had a speech impediment.
That is what I call The Duhhhhhhhh Factor. Why put someone on phones that has a difficult time speaking?
It's easy to spot in someone else...but are you asking yourself to do something that is using your weaknesses instead of your strengths.
