How many hours of sleep are you getting? Studies show that a good night's sleep is important for long term health. Good sleep habits on a constant basis will help you function better and prevent premature aging. During our sleep cycle, the body repairs and rejuvinates keeping our stress levels low and our minds awake.

Studies also show that the amount of sleep our bodies require depends on the individual. The "more energy we expend in our busy lives, the more sleep we need." On average, people need between 6-8 hours of sleep daily for a healthy lifestyle.
