The good news:
I just had lunch with one of the top trainers in Hollywood. Madonna, Sting, and Uma Thurman are some of her devoted clients. What an honor to be of help to someone that helps so many of the big honkin' stars.
She used to skoff at life coaches- until she saw the results of one of my clients. The New York Times Article about Life Coaches in Hollywood didn't hurt either.
