They are also great to keep your attitude positive, or to remind someone you love them.
Not long ago a friend was going through the yuck of an ugly divorce. While she did an errand, I took about 10 minutes and wrote “You are loved!” “You are beautiful just the way you are!” “Foxy Lady” and put them all over her house. In the freezer, in her sock drawer, in her pantry. Those little notes surprised her with support, usually at the perfect time. Then I started doing with my family. Now, it is a tradition to leave my Mom’s house littered with ‘love Post-It’s”, so that she knows my heart is with her…even if I live 3,000 miles away.
