I Went To Court...For Oprah

This morning I was in court in Santa Monica. For the first time in my life someone sued me.

In my coaching sessions I am a student of what I teach. So, I knew that there was a great deal for me to learn from this "frivolous" lawsuit. I got to see my "Inner Bully" reflected in this very angry person. It was so great to have done enough inner work that I got through the challenge.

As an executive coach, I find that time and time again clients run into difficult personalities. Here was the post I did on the Huffington Post that detailed how I was handling this challenge....from the inside out.
