Stress Tip- Rear Veiw Mirror Thinking

If you can drive the car, you can reduce your stress.

What’s so amazing is that you are the one who has your hands on the wheel.
When you drive a car, your windshield is bigger than your rearview mirror. Many of us spend the day Looking in the rearview mirror at all the stuff that we can’t control. Your daughter sassed you, your husband is having an affair, your boss just yelled at you, and your parents need more help when you have a big project due.

You can’t drive the car looking into your rearview mirror. You can’t live in rearview mirror thinking.

You can’t do anything about about daughter, your husband, your mistress, your parents and your boss. That ‘s done. You can get present and grab your steering wheel of your day and focus on what you want more of in your life.
When you drive you grab a hold of the wheel and be present with where you are going. Think of driving your life. And you LOOK AT WHERE you want to go.

Just like a car or a bus YOUR LIFE goes the direction you steer it..
