Yesterday, I had a meeting at a Big Time TV production company. There were so many Emmys sitting on the table I had to take a secret photo... The reason I was there is the buzzzzzz for my up coming book. Here's what some savvy folks are saying.... Here were the boatload of Emmy's outside of the office of the producer I just met with. In TVland they are looking for the next big thing. Who knows. I may be it!
She loved my book, Funky to Fabulous. "I can't believe it, I was at breakfast with a former LAKER player http://www.nba.com/lakers/....and I was quoting your book to him."
If you're an insider in Hollywood, you can guess the production company by the fountain. They are in the same office complex as Academy of Television Arts and Sciences http://emmys.com/. It is a pretty cozy operation since their company gets so many Emmy's!
