I was on the phone with a coaching client in Europe. Her revenues have been drying up. Her growth is stagnant. Her social life is....non existant. The problem was that she was stuck in Rear View Mirror Thinking. The focus of each sentance was what was bad and getting worse.
It is so interesting to coach peak performers and those that want to be. Why? The peak performers are the ones that find tools to "minimize the downtime" and focus on the results they want to create.
